2025 Accommodation Price List

All prices are in euros, per specified number of guests, for one night (or as agreed). Tourist tax is included in the price.
Additional guest on an extra bed: €15 per night or as agreed with the owner.
Check-in: 12:00 | Check-out: by 9:00.
After departure, guests are expected to clean the apartment or pay an additional €40 for final cleaning.
Upon arrival at the apartment, guests receive bed linen, one shower towel per person, a trash bag, and a roll of toilet paper; guests are responsible for providing any additional supplies themselves.

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 35-40% is required, with the balance due upon arrival in Vis.
Reservations are flexible, but during peak season, we leave a one-night gap or ensure at least 10 nights before the next reservation.
The exact number of guests must be provided when booking. Additional guests may stay only with prior agreement.
In case of reservation cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation insurance can be arranged with an insurance provider, or the reservation can be transferred to another guest by prior agreement.
