2025 Accommodation Price List

All prices are in euros (€) and apply to the stated number of guests per night (unless otherwise arranged). Tourist tax is included.
Extra person on an additional bed: €15 / night (or by agreement with the owner)
Check-in: from 11:30 AM onward / Check-out: by 9:00 AM
Final cleaning: €40
Upon arrival, guests receive: bed linen, one shower towel per person, a trash bag, and a roll of toilet paper. Additional items are provided by guests themselves.

A reservation is confirmed after a prepayment of 35–40%. The remaining amount is paid on arrival on Vis.
Reservations are flexible, but during the season we always leave one night between bookings (for cleaning, airing, and preparing the apartment).
When scheduling in advance (while dates are still available), we leave 11 nights between bookings – one for cleaning, ten for the next guest’s check-in.
A new reservation can therefore begin either:
– after those 11 nights, or
– the very next night after the previous guest’s stay.
This helps us avoid short booking gaps (e.g. 3–5 nights) that cannot be rented out, and ensures optimal availability and scheduling.
The exact number of guests must be specified at the time of booking. Additional guests are only allowed with prior agreement.
In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance with your preferred insurance provider. If needed, the reservation can be transferred to other guests by agreement.
