House Rules 

• Check-in begins at 12:00 on the first day, and check-out is by 9:00 on the last day. The check-out day is the day guests leave the apartment, and it is not charged as part of the total stay duration.

• Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 7:00. Guests are expected to respect peace and quiet in consideration of other guests.

• Upon check-out, guests are required to clean the apartment themselves.

• Guests receive bedding, a trash bag, and toilet paper upon arrival. Additional supplies are the responsibility of guests.

• Guests retain their apartment keys and are responsible for locking the apartment. The owners are not liable for theft or negligence.

• Guests are informed about the use of all items, inventory, and equipment. When leaving the apartment each day, guests must turn off all devices (air conditioning, radio, TV, oven, fan, etc.) and ensure windows and doors are closed to prevent drafts.

• In special circumstances, the host may enter the apartment during guests’ absence if necessary to prevent damage or mitigate unforeseeable risks (e.g., water leaks, fire, closing windows in case of rain or strong wind). The host will inform guests and explain the reason for entry.

• Only registered guests of Baržić Apartments may stay, sleep, or spend the night in the apartment. For extended visits, guests should inform the host.

• No weapons, drugs, or dangerous or flammable items are allowed in the apartment. Additional devices or equipment may only be brought in with the host's approval.

• Pets are allowed only with prior agreement with the host.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace, and guests are asked not to discard cigarette butts in the courtyard and to prevent any fire risks.

• The owner is not responsible for the loss of guests' belongings or valuables.
